What we agree to when you order a page

Who you're dealing with

Ating Tagpuan is a studio operated by WEAVR Information Technology Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the DTI and the BIR, based in Davao del Sur, Philippines. When we say "we" or "the studio," that's who we mean. When we say "you," we mean the person who placed the order.

What we offer

We make digital pages for weddings and other celebrations, with guest tools built in. The current packages and what each one includes are listed on our pricing section. In short:

• Save-the-Date and Digital Kwento are self-serve: you build the page yourself in our Client Portal using our themes and editor.
• Hatid, Tagpuan, and Premiere are fully custom: a designer from the studio lays out your page around your photos, your story, and your event. No two designed pages share a layout. Hatid is handed to you to edit after the first design; Tagpuan and Premiere include revision rounds and a private chat with your designer.

What's shown on the pricing section at the time you order is what applies to your order.

Ordering and payment

• Your order starts when we confirm your payment. For designed packages, we start work once payment and your event details are both in.
• We currently accept GCash and other payment methods we confirm with you in writing. Send your payment receipt in the chat so we can match it.
• Prices are in Philippine pesos. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. We issue an official invoice for every order.
• Promotional prices apply only while they're shown on the site, and only to orders paid during that time.

What we need from you

• Your event details, story, names, and photos, sent through the Portal or the private chat. Delivery timelines start once we have everything we need.
• Photos and text you have the right to use. If a photographer owns your photos, please check you're allowed to share them online.
• A single point of contact for approvals, so revisions don't go in circles.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery times (for example, 5 days for Tagpuan, 3 days for Premiere and Hatid) count working days from the day we receive your complete details, not from the day you pay. Revision rounds are included as listed in your package. How revisions work, what counts as a round, and what happens if you want more are all in the Refund & Revision Policy.

How long your page stays live

Your published page stays online for 12 months after your event date. After that it's archived and no longer public. We'll email you before archiving so you can export your RSVP list, seat map, and guest photos. If you'd like the page kept live longer, ask us; we offer extensions at a small yearly fee (currently ₱499 per extra year).

Who owns what

• Your content (your names, story, photos, and your guests' RSVPs and photos) is yours. We hold it only to run your page.
• Our designs, themes, templates, code, and the Client Portal are ours. Your package gives you the right to use them for your event page, not to copy or resell them.
• With your permission, we may show your page in our portfolio or on social media. We'll always ask first.

Things we ask you not to do

• Use a page for anything unlawful, hateful, or deceptive, or to collect guest details for purposes other than your event.
• Upload content you don't have rights to.
• Try to access other clients' pages or data, or interfere with the Portal.

If this happens, we may take the page down and won't owe a refund.

What we're responsible for, and what we're not

We'll build what your package promises, keep your page running during its live period, and look after the information on it as described in our Privacy Policy. Like any online service, we can't promise the page will never go offline; if it does, we'll work to restore it quickly. We're not responsible for guests who don't RSVP, for mistakes in details you gave us and approved, or for anything our hosting, email, or payment providers do outside our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Guests

When guests use your page, they're sharing their details with you, through us. We explain how we handle those details at /guest-privacy, and we link to it from every RSVP form.

If something goes wrong

Talk to us first: [email protected] or Messenger. Most problems are fixable in a day. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when these terms change. Orders are covered by the version in effect when they were placed.
