Designed packages (Hatid, Tagpuan, Premiere)

Full refund

When we send your first draft, you'll have 3 days to look at it. If it's not what you hoped for and you'd rather not continue, say so within those 3 days and we'll refund the full amount within 5 working days to the account you paid from. No forms, no awkward questions. We'll take the draft down.

No refund

• Once you ask for a revision, we take that as "keep going," and the fee is earned.
• Once the page is published.
• If we can't start or finish because we're waiting on details or photos from you for more than 30 days. We'll keep your order open for 90 days from payment; after that it lapses.

Self-serve packages (Save-the-Date, Digital Kwento)

• Save-the-Date: you build it free and pay only to publish. Once published, it's not refundable.
• Digital Kwento: refundable in full within 7 days of payment if you haven't published a page yet. After publishing, it's not refundable.

How revision rounds work

• A round is one batch of changes sent together. Collect your notes, send them in one message, and we'll apply them all. Sending changes one at a time over several days uses up rounds quickly, so batching helps you.
• Hatid includes none (you edit it yourself after handover). Tagpuan includes 2 rounds. Premiere includes 3.
• Fixing our mistakes (typos we introduced, wrong dates we entered, broken links) never counts as a round.
• Changing the theme after the first draft counts as a new draft, not a round, and may extend delivery by a few days.
• Extra rounds beyond your package: ₱500 per round, agreed before we start.

After your page is live

Small updates after publishing, like a venue change or a corrected name, are free for designed packages during the live period. Just message us. Larger reworks are quoted separately.

If we can't deliver

If for any reason we can't deliver what you ordered, you get a full refund, no matter where we are in the process.
